We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase using a credit card. You may also use your PayPal account for purchases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of your order. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. We will hold not more than 3 yards of fabric for 5 days from date of order. If your check or money order has not arrived within 5 days your fabric will be placed back in inventory. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is shipped. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| I love to dye fabric. For the pure fun of it, I sometimes dye without keeping records of which colors were used. This fabric is always listed as one-of-a-kind (OOAK) and the yardage listed is all that is available.
For colors I can reproduce with some accuracy, I offer Open Stock fabric. The fabric types and colors are represented but are not necessarily in stock. You are welcome to order with the understanding that:
1) the fabric will be as close to the photo representation as possible but not identical and
2) it may take up to two weeks to ship your order. Please contact me with any questions about availability before ordering Open Stock fabrics. |

| We will gladly accept the return of fabric that is defective or shipped in error. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the fabric to arrange return.
Returns are not generally accepted for other reasons. We will not accept returns or issue refunds or credits for any fabric which has been cut or damaged in any way.
We attempt to describe the fabric in detail and represent the colors accurately. However, we cannot be responsible for the colors as displayed on your computer.
Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a fabric. |

| Orders of one-of-a-kind (OOAK) fabric will ship within 48 hours of order. Shipment of Open Stock fabric will ship within 48 hours if it is in stock or within two weeks if it must be dyed. We will contact you whenever you order Open Stock fabric with an estimated ship date.
If we are out of town at a fabric show or expo a notice will be placed on our Home Page and all OOAK fabrics taken to the event will unavailable for purchase. Open Stock fabrics may be ordered but will not be processed until after the event.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once shipped. We do have tracking for all shipments but delivery dates must be considered estimates. If you have not received your order within a day or two of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. |

We use three online shops to introduce our hand dyes: Etsy, ArtFire and here at SoManyColors.net.
Etsy is one of oldest and largest online markets for handmade and supply items. In fact, it's huge and listings can get lost if items are not renewed regularly. The newest listings get the most attention. Etsy has both listing and transaction fees for the seller. It's where So Many Colors got it's start and has been a good online location for us.
ArtFire is newer and has a different approach than Etsy. No renewals are needed and they have a monthly flat fee for sellers. I really like it and can highly recommend it.
The advantage of a web site is that much more information can be shared. And we can offer fractional amounts of fabric, a feature not available on the other two sites.
The web site lists longer yardages of both OOAK and Open Stock. Remnants (around a yard) and other hand dyed scarves and totes will be on Etsy or ArtFire.
Each of the three sites has a unique inventory. Check them all out. You may find the perfect piece tucked away in one of the other shops. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account. |
